As A Courtesy To Our PAtients, we will
bill your insurance for you!
What does this mean? We are a third-party biller, which means that TLC Dental will gladly accept most insurances and will submit your dental insurance claims for you. We will also provide complimentary benefits checks and based on the information given to us by your insurance company we will estimate your coverage for the procedures you need.
In addition to accepting most insurances, we are also WV Medical Card and WV CHIP providers and participate with Delta Dental. We will do our best to maximize your insurance benefits, and will help you with any questions you may have.

If your insurance does not completely cover your care, or if you don't have insurance we will gladly make payment arrangements for you! We have in-house financial options, which means you don't have to visit a bank or online credit company in order to get the care you deserve. We have many choices for you - and no matter what your credit score is, we will try to find a way to help you out! Many of our payment plans are interest free and we will work with your budget to get a payment amount you can afford.
Another GREAT option is our Dental Health Plan. Membership in the Dental Health Plan is only $29 per month and includes necessary preventative services like Cleanings, Xrays and Exams (plus much more) and also offers discounts on many other services you or your family may need.
